Selection Guidance

For Programs Prioritizing High-Speed USB and Feature Expansion

Evaluate Nordic nRF54LM20 when wired peripherals or USB receivers need native high-speed USB, or when macros, lighting, updates, and richer firmware require more memory. Both it and nRF54L15 use a 128MHz CPU; selection centers on interfaces and memory, with implementation confirmed for the chosen variant and package.

Prepare the A/B variant and package, USB data path, firmware memory budget, macro and lighting requirements, update strategy, and receiver functions.

Parameter Notes

Native high-speed USB, approximately 2MB NVM, and 512KB RAM are chip resources. Interface and GPIO configuration depend on the actual A/B variant and package. Dual 8K and mouse operating current below 10mA still require validation with the sensor, board, firmware, and test conditions.
